1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the www.vilo-cooler.com website. By submitting a request via our contact form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Products
Vilo offers industrial air fresheners. The characteristics of each product are available on our website. Prices are not displayed online and will be communicated upon quotation.
3. Equipment rental and test period
- Available models: The entire LV range is available for testing and rental.
- Rental period: 6 months
- Test duration: 2 months
- Return: At the end of the test or rental period, the equipment must be returned to Vilo in good condition and clean.
- Return conditions : Appliances must be returned on pallets, protected, shrink-wrapped, strapped and chocked.
- Transport costs: Return transport costs are at the customer’s expense and will be specified in the quotation.
4. Control
To place an order, the user must fill in the contact form available on our site. A sales representative will contact you to discuss your request and provide you with a personalized quotation.
5. Awards
Product prices are quoted in euros and exclusive of tax. Prices may vary according to specifications and quantities requested. Delivery charges are also specified in the quotation.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be specified when the quotation is drawn up. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed with the sales representative.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Vilo will do its utmost to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. Order cancellation or modification
You have 24 hours from receipt of your order to modify or cancel it, subject to the supplier’s explicit agreement. Any request for cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing by the customer and must be formally certified by the supplier. In the event of an order modification accepted by the supplier, new delivery times and prices will be communicated to the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order by the customer, for whatever reason, the customer must compensate Vilo for the costs incurred. This compensation will be a minimum amount as follows:
- 20% of the total order amount for cancellations between 0 and 5 calendar days
- 30% of the total order amount for cancellations between 6 and 10 calendar days
- 80% of the total order amount for cancellations made more than 10 calendar days in advance
- 100% of the total amount of the order if the cancellation occurs after delivery of the goods.
9. Warranties
All our products are covered by a one-year warranty. In the event of a defect, please contact us to initiate the warranty procedure.
10. Responsibilities
Vilo cannot be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from the purchase of its products. Vilo’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Modification of the GTC
Vilo reserves the right to modify its GTC at any time. The new GTC will come into force as soon as they are published on the site.
13. Applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
